The Blue Water Young Professionals are currently seeking nominations from our members to serve of the Board of Directors for the upcoming 2018-2020 term.
We are looking to add members to our leadership who are passionate about supporting the mission of the BWYPs in helping support and promote the Blue Water Area as a fantastic place to live, work, play, shop, and give back. Our Board of Directors' role is to represent and reflect our membership by making decisions that build community relationships & support local organizations and businesses, and through the planning & supporting activities and projects.
If you enjoy your time and participation with the Blue Water Young Professionals and are looking to get involved more within the group, please nominate yourself (or a friend) for consideration for a board position or one of three open executive positions. Terms for directors are 3 years and the executive positions are two year terms. Directors meet monthly to stay up to date on the group's projects, ensure the direction of the group is staying true to its objectives, and make appropriate decisions on what to do next.
